Making the Earth Day 2006

This campaign we decided to minimize paper waste and printing chemicals (like toner or ink clean-up) by hand-making 200 posters. As designers, we tend to create waste materials that last in the landfills way beyond the day or weekend event we're promoting. So we created the design around this challenge. The stamps in the poster can be recycled into next year's designs, the paints are non-toxic, the paper is New Leaf 100% recycled, and is processed chlorine-free. The result is a compostable, and impactful poster design.

Central Oregon Advertising Federation: Drake Gold 2007, for poster.
